DFS has an enviable record of leadership with exception and distinction right from his days as a students activist, a young professional, promising academic and prominent administrator.
At several times, his colleagues in the academia, medical realm, peers in politics and whoever has come closer to him being a friend or foe described DFS as a truly uncommon leader.
